Great location for first-time visitors, it was easy to get around and see everything. the staff were super friendly, really made me feel welcome. I could've stayed longer just because of them! 😊

Particularly good magnificent location, in the middle of jackson. Next to Bareilly and the train station.

The room was great, it was so big and had everything we needed like cable TV, a mini-fridge, and even a coffee/tea maker ☕.

During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Secondly, the food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding with a great variety of options for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions.

There were a couple of aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the noise level at the hotel was quite high which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

They were always welcoming with a smile and provided excellent service. the room service was incredibly fast, and the staff's polite behavior was impressive. the amenities, such as the bathtub, were not exactly as mentioned, but it didn't matter as the staff's behavior covered it. Plus, the location was perfect since it was close to key areas in the city.

The professionalism could have been better, mainly during checkout. the staff wasn't too attentive, and they charged extra for a juice bottle that was supposed to be complimentary during breakfast.
